An event every week that begins at 9:45 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating until September 30, 2019
This is a fitness class that combines a variety of exercises to help increase cardio endurance while strengthening muscle. We lift light weights and use resistance bands while we practice proper stretching and breathing techniques. Monthly fees range from $36-$42. Drop-in students welcome. Fee: $4 (Drop-in fee of $5 will take effect on July 1,2019). Instructor, Ann Marie Cohen.
Materials: Wear comfortable clothing and flat soled shoes.
