An event every week that begins at 9:45am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating until April 29, 2019
A fitness class that combines a variety of exercises to help increase cardio endurance while strengthening muscle. You will lift light weights (please bring your weights) and use resistance bands (provided by instructor) while practicing proper strengthening and breathing techniques. Silver Sneaker students are welcome to join in. Please bring your SilverSneaker card. Drop in students please arrive early to register at the front desk. Drop-in fee $4.
