This is a flowing yoga class that will refresh your mind. This class may help your flexibility, strength, stamina, and balance. The breathing techniques may improve sleep, calm and clear the mind, decrease anxiety and depression which may result in physical rejuvenation. Monthly fees range from $40 to $50. Drop-in students welcome. Fee: $12. Instructor Alba Wilson, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
Materials: Yoga mat, towel, water, and comfortable clothes to stretch in.
