An event every week that begins at 10:45am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating until April 29, 2019
Sun Style Tai Chi is a safe and easy to learn practice of movements done in a fluid and gentle manner. You can expect to improve your balance, posture, and mobility, possibly reducing falls and improving your quality of life. Class begins with a warm-up; then transitions to stretching and breathing exercises, movements, and a cool-down. All levels are welcome to experience the joy of Tai Chi.
