Tai Chi is an ancient system of movements from China, practiced for the promotion of health and longevity for the people of all ages. Sun Style TaI Chi is a safe and easy-to-learn program with movements done in a fluid and gentle manner. Classes include a warm-up, breathing and stretching exercises, Tai Chi practice, and a cool-down, plus a short discussion about nutrition. We will also focus on strengthening the muscles that stabilize the joints. You can expect to improve your balance, posture, and mobility while you relieve pain, reduce falls, and improve your quality of life. And you’ll have fun doing it!
Monthly Fees range from $36 to $42. Drop-in Students welcome. Fee: $4 (The drop-in fee of $5 will take into effect on July 1,2019). Instructor, Ann Marie Cohen.
