This cocktail’s reputation is nothing but delicious! 

The Cliffhanger

The Cliffhanger is a frozen rum cocktail made at La Quinta Cliffhouse. The Cliffhouse, a local favorite known for its upscale casual dining, is built on a historic cliff called Point Happy and serves American fare. The frozen cocktail is made with light and dark rum, peach schnapps, orange juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice; the perfect mixture of sweet and sour! This cocktail is known to pack a punch!

La Vie en Rose 

La Vie en Rose is a Vodka-based cocktail from La Brasserie Bistro & Bar. This bistro and bar serve authentic French cuisine that juxtaposes a low key sophistication and charm, and casualness with a high-energy environment. The La Vie en Rose is made with Absolut Grapefruit Vodka, Elderflowers Liqueur, grapefruit juice topped with a Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wine called Crémant Rosé. Brasserie is a French term for the brewery so you know they are serving up amazing libations! 

Gold Cadillac 

Cadillac’s are a classic staple but something about Casa Mendoza’s Margarita’s just hit different. Casa Mendoza is a small Mexican restaurant filled with lots of flavors. This restaurant prides itself in making their meals from scratch, cocktails included! The Gold Cadillac is made with Gold Tequila, Triple Sec, homemade margarita mix and Grand Marnier floater. Calling all chocolate lovers, this one’s for you! Try the Chocolate Espresso Biscotti from Enzo’s Bistro and Bar; it’s a crowd favorite. Enzo’s has been serving authentic Italian food, but their cocktails are not meant to be slept on! The martini is made with Chocolate Biscotti Liqueur, a splash of Espresso, Frangelico, Godiva Dark chocolate Liqueur and a splash of cream. This cocktail tastes like a chocolate lover’s dream!

Cinnamon Smoked Old Fashionista

Did someone say smoked? The Cinnamon Smoked Old Fashionista can be found at Morgan’s in the Desert located at the famous La Quinta Resort and Club. Morgan’s showcases contemporary American cuisine inspired by the bounty of the Coachella Valley and this cocktail reflects just that. It’s made with Whistle Pig Ten Year Rye, Vanilla Infused Syrup, Orange and Angostura Bitters, smoked cinnamon and an orange twist garnish. From what we’re told, this cocktail is said to be “to die for.”   

Bacon Bloody Mary

Bacon? That’s right, bacon! The Bacon Bloody Mary from The Grill on Main is the perfect brunch cocktail. It’s made with a house-made bacon vodka, Loaded Bloody Mary Mix and garnished with tasty brown sugar-crusted bacon!
