Gary KayStopped in to ask them to perform a simple task. Joaquin and his wife couldn’t have been any more friendly and accommodating, dropping what they were doing to take care of my request. They weren’t even going to charge me, although I paid them anyway. Highly recommended!

james clarkeJoaquin is a true craftsman. It took several years and handmade gears to repair my repeater watch, but he never lost enthusiasm or energy. It was truly worth the wait. I would not take an expensive watch anywhere else.

Linda AndersonBest place to get your clock fixed! Mine was so old and not running. Other places said it couldn't be fixed. Brought it here and he fixed it and it's running beautifully and Westminster chimes are working perfectly. Love their jewelry, they will deal with you and help you out on jewelry they own…consignment pieces they have to call the owner. These are the nicest people I have met. They repair jewelry too. They will go the extra mine for you! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Michel ReevesMy mom needed her ten year-old super fancy cuckoo clock repaired and they did a fantastic job. A truly full service shop - major clock repair, watch batteries and repair, and they also have local jewelry artists' work for sale. Clock master's are harder and harder to find and I am so glad we have this shop nearby.
