Gabriel RodriguezOrdered online pickup at the window. My pickup time was 11:00. On arrival cars were lined out into parking lot as far as I had ever seen and tons of customers waiting at the window. As knowing that this is a labor day weekend I had extra patience for the team. I waited several minutes extra before asking on 2 different occasions where my order was. The response was "we will call you when your order is finished." I watched others go through the same thing. Then I watch 2 people walk up and order directly through the window. Both those people recieved their order before my son and I. I was literally the last person standing there. Someone looked out the window and asked what I was waiting for. I showed them my pickup time for 11:00am on my app and complained to the employee that it was now 11:30. Employee apologized and said they were doing their best as they were new to the company. It was a hot wait and my chorizo wrap was barely warm. We still waited for the order as i come to this location alot and have great experiences but I was not satisfied for being forgotten about today.
