Jennifer RojoI had a great experience at European Wax Center. My service with Priscilla was amazing — she truly made the entire process feel incredible. She focused on making me feel comfortable the whole time, which I really appreciated. Checking in with Ashley was also a wonderful experience. She was friendly, welcoming, and made the start of my appointment smooth and pleasant. At the end of check-in, she gave me a referral card and clearly explained what it was for, which I appreciated. However, I did feel uncomfortable when Ashley was being corrected about what she was doing wrong in front of me and another customer who was waiting. That type of feedback should be handled privately. As customers, we shouldn’t be placed in a position where we’re witnessing employee performance issues. It reflects poorly on management and creates an awkward environment. Addressing those conversations in a private setting would maintain professionalism and protect both the employee and the customer experience. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely return, especially for Priscilla’s services.

J Michael LeeIrelynn was excellent. She provided my first nose wax procedure, yesterday@ European Wax Center. What a professional work space, Irelynn could not have been more pleasant and provided me an excellent service with no discomfort at all. I was so impressed that I signed up for monthly treatments for the next year!

Noah MAmaya did an incredible job with my nose and ear waxing. She’s extremely professional, very kind, and really pays attention to the little details to make sure everything is done perfectly. The whole process was quick, comfortable, and handled with great care. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it definitely shows. I’d absolutely recommend Amaya to anyone looking for someone skilled and professional.

Jeff von KriegenberghMy girl friend suggested I get my eyebrows waxed. She has been to the La Quinta location twice and very happy with both times she got her eye brows waxed. This was my first time and it was a great experience and very happy with the result. Emily was very informative and explained what she was doing.
