John RodriguezGorgeous course, but very difficult. There are a ton of hills so if you miss, you’re going to have an awkward lie and probably won’t be able to see the green. Sand, fairways and greens were all in great shape. Visually stunning and there are some demanding tee shots and there is a ton of water. Will definitely be coming back!

MAX KIMPlaying the Stadium Course from the Blue tees at 6,800 yards is a relentless psychological battle. Pete Dye doesn't just ask for good shots; he demands absolute precision while visually intimidating you at every turn. The front nine was a blur of survival—the sheer difficulty of the angles and the penal nature of the bunkers left me mentally exhausted before the turn. However, the back nine offers a strange sense of clarity once you accept the challenge. The crescendo at Hole 17, 'Alcatraz,' is a masterpiece of intimidation and beauty. Despite the brutality, the conditioning was impeccable—the surfaces were tour-quality, and the greens rolled with true 'Dye' treachery. It is a course that breaks you down only to make you want to come back and prove you can conquer it. A must-play for any serious student of course architecture.

Rehnquist StpaulTee times were running a bit behind but honestly the course was in such great shape I didn't even care. Ive played a bunch of courses out here and this one just feels different with the way the bunkers are placed and how the wind plays tricks on you. The greens were rolling super fast and true which made putting a challenge but really rewarding when you got it right... the staff were all friendly and actually seemed happy to be there. For the price though I think they should include a range finder or at least a better yardage book considering how tough some of the sight lines are. But overall this round completely made my day and I cant wait to do it again tommorrow.
