Couldn’t have been happier!! This review was long overdue. I went for my birthday and had the best experience! Alyssa was my waitress. She was soooo sweet, yet professional, attentive to all my needs and very efficient throughout. I ordered the burger with the egg inside and it was cooked to perfection. The bottomless fries were the cherry on top. I asked Alyssa if she could ensure the fries came out hot each time, and they did! Considering they were bottomless, I really commend her attentiveness and genuine care; she really made my night!

My husband and I decided to stop in to Red Robin in La Quinta about 2 weeks ago since we have not been there for many years due to our diet. We had a great experience with our server, Edwin. He was the best....on top of everything and more!! We were craving your onion rings and hamburgers, which we do not eat very often....so it was treat. We had to share both items due to our small appetites. We were impressed with how the split was done - different from other restaurants and thanked Edwin as well. It truly made us feel special and with the follow-up and service Edwin provided, we will return more often, and, coming back next week with friends. Thank you!! C & G Higuchi

Absolutely delightful afternoon spent at this fantastic restaurant. Nicole, the waitress, was amazingly great. She greeted us cheerfully; she served us quickly and ensured all of our food was cooked to perfection. She made us great iced tea and lemonade cups to go. Nicole was extremely attentive and you could see that she really loves her job because she goes above and beyond. She made us feel extremely welcome and very happy. The food was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the pretzel appetizer and the hamburgers were outstanding. This restaurant has nice upbeat music and it was very clean and tidy. We were also fortunate to meet Cynthia, one of the mangers, and she was very kind and gracious. She made us feel very comfortable and was she was fun to talk to about many things. Staff opened doors for us and greeted us with care and kindness. There are ample parking spaces and many handicapped spots available here. If you want to have a marvelous lunch, please go to this Red Robin and be sure to ask for Nicole as she will make your stay here absolutely terrific! I will come back here very soon for the warm and welcoming environment and the perfectly cooked food. Best hamburgers, bar none.

The food is good, you get for what you pay, and the burgers are our favorite. However, the service is really bad and recommend taking your chances to go. On two separate occasions my wife and I had bad experiences with service involving duplicate items on our checks, no beverage refills, and wrong orders brought up to us, twice, in a row. During these times it was not busy as well.Luckily the manager did help us on the second occasion and did great resolving the issues. The food is good, but we'll be taking our chances at other establishments with more friendly service.

You know why we're all here. Bottomless fries. The burgers are always great. The service is excellent. I never want for anything when I eat here. It can get busy. I got there one time a little before 5 and watched 5 or 6 cars pull up separately with separate parties just converge and swarm the lobby it was wild and the staff dealt with it like champs. Neither mine nor my nephews beer mug or fry basket wanted for anything that time. Excellence in execution.
