Jeff AndersonWhen you go to a UPS store, generally, you’re only looking for one thing and that would be efficiency. On today’s visit, I had to get a package sent out very quickly and was assisted by Vanessa. Not only did she exceed my hopes for efficiency she did so in the most gracious and kind manner imaginable. The customer service she provided was top notch and will absolutely have me come back to this store for all my future shipping and packing needs.

Becca ELa Quinta store 9. #4781 Vanessa was exceptional and amazing helping me! She took her time and gave me her complete attention when she was helping me. She was kind and understanding but very professional. I always used kinko or staples, but this location is my new go to. Thank you for making my experience fantastic phenomenal service!!!

Sara GilI called on a late afternoon in a panic because my son left something very important at home and he was already in Arizona. He was thinking of driving back home to the Coachella Valley when I thought that maybe UPS could help. When I called, a very polite gentleman answered the phone, answered all my questions and calmed my panic. I arrived at the UPS store at 3:30pm and my son received the package in Arizona at 11:00am the next day. Amazing customer service and the employees are top notch!
