We had an 8 p.m. reservation on a Monday. Even though the restaurant was busy, we were seated promptly. The space itself is beautiful and offers a great view, which really added to the evening. While it took a little while for our server to check in with us, she was very kind once she arrived. We weren’t in a rush, so it wasn't an issue for us. As for the food, the red sangria was excellent, and the Caesar salad was fresh with a great, tangy dressing. For our mains, the chicken enchiladas were tasty and well-prepared. The absolute highlight, however, was the tres leches cake—it was amazing! It wasn’t too heavy, and the cinnamon flavor was perfect. A great spot for a relaxed dinner with a view.

Conviently located in hotel with expansive view of terrace. For those that done eat, bar located at bottom with patio furniture. As for food, typical Mexican fare very good salsa and lots of dinner options. Can get very busy and lots of running kids and pets. Food was decent, perhaps a little under seasoned. Decent portions and prices. Gigantic drinks!

Beautiful atmosphere and live music. The bad was very talented and interactive! So good we got up dance. We love watching the sunset here. Margaritas are large and strong. Perfect!

Awesome patio, family friendly environment. Lots of large groups. Ample heaters. We felt like we were waiting for our server or ordered food quite a few times. Food was good! Mole was a little spicy for me but great flavor.

From the food to the service to the atmosphere, Adobe Grill was genuinely an experience. We had the summer prix fixe menu and every single course was incredible. We started with the chicken flautas, had the beef fajitas for our main, and finished with the cake for desert — and there was honestly not one thing we would have changed. Everything was fresh, flavourful, beautifully prepared, and the portions were generous. My only complaint was that I physically couldn’t eat any more because I wanted to keep going! What really made the evening stand out, though, was the staff and the atmosphere. The service was warm, attentive, and welcoming without ever feeling rushed, and the setting itself made dinner feel special rather than just another meal at a resort. There was such a lively, authentic, relaxed energy to the whole place that it became part of the experience. The prices were also incredibly reasonable for the quality of the food, the service, and the setting. Easily one of the best Mexican meals we’ve ever had, and one of the highlights of our stay. We would come back without hesitation.
