The 29th La Quinta Arts Festival returns to the visually stunning La Quinta Civic Center Campus. Presented by La Quinta Arts Foundation, this event is ranked #8 Fine Art Festival in the Nation and features over 230 renowned contemporary artists, complimented by live entertainment, food and wine.

Art Under the Umbrellas
Featuring a diverse collection of over 70 artists exhibiting their original creations along Old Town La Quinta’s picturesque Main Street – lined with restaurants, boutique shops and cafes. Presented by La Quinta Arts Foundation from 10am to 4pm on select Saturdays, October through April. Live music, wine tasting, free admission, free parking. Bob Hope Chrysler Classic
January 17 - 23, 2011

The City of La Quinta is pleased to welcome back the the 52nd Annual Bob Hope Classic, to be played on four amazing courses throughout the City. The five-day Classic features 128 top PGA TOUR professionals and 384 amateur contestants, including a stellar list of celebrities. From the start, the Classic has attracted an unbelievable array of celebrities, from: Jackie Gleason and Frank Sinatra to Clint Eastwood and Kevin Costner. Desert Classic Concours d'Elegance

Each year, this world-class exhibition of classic cars features more than 150 of the finest examples of automotive excellence. Exhibit areas include displays of other collectible items such as jewelry, watches and art. BNP Paribas Tennis Open
March 7 - 20, 2011

This popular tennis tournament, considered the Grand Slam of the West, will be held just adjacent to the City of La Quinta at the famed Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Coachella Music & Arts Festival

Just a few miles outside of La Quinta, the major music festival known as Coachella Fest will set up the tents for three days in mid-April and present the top bands and performers for crowds of over 50,000 people per day! The event features many genres of music on several stages or tents set-up throughout the grounds – each playing live music continuously.

Stagecoach Festival

In the spirit of Coachella Festival, the country music fans get their chance at a monumental outdoor music festival in the desert, at the Stagecoach Festival, just one week after Coachella Fest. Located at the same venue, thousands of country music fans will hang out for 2 days of tops bands and continuous performances on 4 stages. Featured performers at the 2010 Festival included Keith Urban, Sugarland, Toby Keith and Merle Haggard!
