Kitchen Ten Eleven
Opened May 2025
The new signature restaurant at the Trilogy Golf Club, Kitchen Ten Eleven, serves exceptional New American dishes in its newly renovated, modern space—perfect for an upscale lunch or date night dinner. Menu highlights include the Vegetable Stuffed Whole Branzino served with jeweled grains, braised fennel, dill salad, romesco sauce and lemon sumac; and the handmade Spicy Italian Pizza made with sausage, pepperoni, calabrese salami, prosciutto and capicola. They also serve signature cocktails and mocktails along with draft beer and a curated wine list. Check their website for daily menu specials.

Kitchen Ten Eleven is part of the Trilogy Golf Club at La Quinta, but the restaurant is open to the public for all to enjoy.

Beautiful Day
Under new management since August 2025
Scratch-made brunch awaits at the neighborhood-favorite, Beautiful Day. Featured menu items include Huckleberry Hotcakes, griddled hotcakes with huckleberry sauce and whipped crème fraîche; and the Double Smashburger, made with Aspen Ridge beef, American cheese, grilled onions, pickles and special sauce on a potato bun.
