Pam DuffExcellent and informative assistance in the Nursery. Both the cashier and the fellow were helpful. In contrast... my experience In the small gadgets aisle was not quite up to the normal standard at this location....perhaps this was a new hire?

Steve NewmanMy curbside pickup experience was seamless and efficient. Lowe's consistently provides exceptional customer service. Furthermore, I highly value the company's military support, specifically the discounts and reserved parking, which ensure my continued loyalty.

Rambling with RajeThis is one of the nicest Lowe’s I have been to. From the well landscaped shaded parking on into the clean and well laid out store I am impressed. They could use a few more employees to help answer questions would be my only suggestion. An older friend of mine says he likes this store but that he can never get the help he needs while shopping. He now goes to Home Depot only for that reason.

janet borjaMy wife and I had a negative experience turn into a wonderful experience yesterday. There are many moving parts, but the short version is….my wife and I went to pick up our custom sliding glass door so it could be installed. The easiest and most logical way to load the sliding glass door into the trailer was originally NOT approved by Lowe’s employee. After going back-and-forth, to no avail, we were fortunate enough to be introduced to the store manager Myrna. Myrna was more than willing to help us find a solution. She listened and was so empathetic to our situation. Now enter Arlen one of Myrna’s assistant managers. With his help we were able to come up with a great solution to our challenging issue. Before Myrna came into the picture, I was prepared to return the $5000 sliding glass door and start all over somewhere else. After Myrna and Arlen came into the picture we all work together to find a solution. I am a business owner myself, and this may be one of the best Customer Service experiences I have ever been a part of. Thank you, Myrna and Arlen!!! Lowe’s you have two incredible team members running your store in La Quinta!!! Ryan and Janet Test
