Rosalba Clair⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an outstanding experience at the Ulta Beauty store in La Quinta and want to recognize Pedro for his exceptional customer service. I originally came in to return a product that didn’t work for me. I had already thrown away the box and assumed the return would not be possible. Pedro immediately handled the situation with professionalism and kindness and was able to process the return after I explained that the color simply wasn’t right for me. What truly impressed me was that Pedro went above and beyond. Instead of just completing the return, he asked if he could help me find a better match. He took the time to carefully help me find the perfect color and introduced me to a product I had never used before—and I absolutely love it. Pedro’s product knowledge, patience, and genuine desire to help made this one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Employees like Pedro are a tremendous asset to this Ulta location. If you visit the Ulta Beauty in La Quinta, I highly recommend asking for Pedro. He provides truly exceptional service.

Jasmine StewartLove this store! The staff was very helpful and helped me find the correct hair tool for my hair, which ended up being the Shark Glam. My hair has been looking fabulous ever since. I will definitely come back to this location!
